Airport Festival Innbruck
Once again the Airport Festival took place in the capital of Tirol, Innsbruck. Together with the Austrian Armed Forces the airport organized an amazing event.
Great weather
During the national holiday and the “Roadshow” we flew a Saab of the Tigersquadron to the Innsbruck. The apron was partly closed so the people could come very close to the different aircraft.
A lot of spectators around the Saab 105
Over 30.000 visitors came to the airport. Beside aircraft from the Austrian Armed Forces like C130 Hercules, Ab212, S70 Blackhawk and the Alhouette 3, a lot of civil planes were exposed. A highlight was the possibility to fly with Niki Lauda as pilot in one of his airliners.
